emailAddress hasn't been in user certificates for a long time.
This issue only relates to host certificates (and service certificates, but the use of the service prefix is discouraged now too)

Could you please clarify if this is for server certs only or if it applies to my Phenogrid end users, too? I dread the moment when I have to explain to them that instead of renewing (a concept they already struggle with) they need to re-apply.
