You might also want to try T-TECTO
(http://www2.arnes.si/~jzaloh/t-tecto_homepage.htm), developed and
maintaned by my former PhD student Jure Zalohar. The software looks
frightfully complex as it offers many options for kinematic and dynamic
analysis of fault-slip data, but it's actually quite useful for
separating heterogeneous datasets, which was one of the original goals
of the program. Just make sure you read the introductory tutorial.
Employed algorithms are documented in several Jure's papers published in
JSG (see the program's homepage for references).
