Hi Amedee,
Movie processing outside the RELION preprocessing procedure is NOT(!!)
recommended. It becomes too difficult to keep track of everything by
scripting this. If you want you can try, but you're on your own there.
Re-processing your images through the Preprocessing runtype will be the
easiest (and quickest) way.
