I have been contacted by TDP - who produce the System 1 GP Computer System complaining that we report eGFRs above 90 as >90 and not as an absolute value.
This does not fit with their new system and gets marked as Abnormal. One of our GPs has raised the matter with them.
I don't think it was a problem with previous versions.
Is this a National Problem - has anyone else had a communication from them? Is it just me who thinks it's their problem?
They want me to give them the references to reporting in this fashion as it does not fit the specification to which they are working. I suggested that the people who drew up the specification need to look at it again.
Am I just being stroppy?
