Dear Mailbase,
We have a patient with suspected hypocortisolism. A short Syn test was done. cortisol at 0 hrs 125 and 30 mins post Synacthen 460
The patient is being evaluated for hyperkalemia. but there is no hyponatremia.
How should I interpret this result.
