Sarah Blick sent me an interesting comment regarding the font covers we
discussed a week or so ago:

that looks pretty Funky (a technical Art Hysterical term, used only for
baptismal covers).

i feel the need to melt that baby down immediately and make something useful
--like canons-- out of it.
this artifact could not have Sucked itself out of its Own Fingers.
perhaps some kind of English influence, there in Noord-Brabant?
