At Southampton we are getting ready to promote Zineo to the public, especially to any who get new mobile devices for Christmas. We have also been frustrated with the slowness of some titles becoming live but more seem to be appearing on our list.
The clunkiness of logging in is eased considerably when the email notifying of a new issue of one of your chosen titles comes into your inbox and links directly to that magazine issue. The video available may help illustrate the requirement for multiple login.
I believe the delay in email authentification is being addressed urgently
Many titles require an app for Zineo reader to be installed. A recent Zineo News email of 29.11.12 attached this for putting on pcs in libraries

Coventry Libraries didn't make a decision to progress with Zinio until 22nd November and have been live(ish) since 30th November. Starting late we were fully aware of only having magazines available from a to n so allocated budgets accordingly.
Main issues have been due to a public library offer being bolted onto a commercial enterprise. In detail:
* requesters not receiving e-mail authentication replies
* clunky log-in process which you seen to have to repeat
We have tried testing availability on the Peoples Network but have not been able to read any magazines and are presently testing out via Wi-Fi.
At present the link from the Library website has not been promoted, but once we have finished testing we will look at publicising more.
While I can fully understand existing frustration with the Service - there is a really good product (if slightly hidden) which is already attracting new users to our Service

Hi,
Has anyone successfully launched the on-line magazine service with Zinio? We seem to taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back, and only 24 of our original 31 requested titles are available.
Many thanks
