Dear All
I've been asked to look at the feasibility of automated ILLs for our Capita-powered LMS, and I look to you for any stories about your own experience setting up automated online ILL functionality.
Since I can't even see the ILL online request form used by other Unis (the forms are behind an authentication page) it would be wonderful if anyone could send me a screenshot of your online ILL request page.
I'm hoping for any news about automated online ILL integration, as well as any advice on how to take on this project as I know fairly little about this process. Also, I'd appreciate any recommendations as to anyone else I should talk to about this project, and if you think it's necessary to consult the BL as well?
Does it matter that we're part of the M25 consortia - does this means that our online ILL system will function differently from other Universities automated ILLs?
Thank you,
