Dear Hänggi,
I really appreciate your nice explanation.
As you suggested, with PAR file opend, I identified the column showing diffusion (written as 0 , 0, 0 and -0.069, -0.018, -0.997.. )
The table acquired from a software tool I found (http://godzilla.kennedykrieger.org/) is totally different from ones from PAR file. (I decided not to use them because of uncertainty.)
And the diffusion directions from each PAR file from other subject are also totally different.
(Mine seems to be scanner-adjusted gradients as you said.)
(1) Is using the table in PAR file ("adjusted" values) is feasible to DTIFIT?
(2) In my situation, should I make individual bvecs files for each of the patients?
Extracting each of diffusion vectors with text editor seems like a hard trouble.
Thanks again,
Cho
