Dear Hänggi,
Thank you for your kind answer.
Image conversion with your script looks successful (including B0 as volume 0 and, 33 volumes with diffusion gradient)
My another questions is..
How could i generate BVEC and BVAL files (for DTIFIT in FSL)?
To solve this, I used MATLAB script DTI_gradient_table_creator_Philips_RelX.m (http://godzilla.kennedykrieger.org/)
and got a table ;

The diffusion gradients from our scanner are known to be 0 and 600s/mm2.
Is it possible to generate BVEC and BVAL files according to the order in my diffusion table??
(assigning volume 0 - values in 1st row in the table, volume 1 - 2nd row in the table, and so on)
Please tell me if there is a nice method.
Best regards,
Cho
