We currently use the Diasorin Liaison assay for IGF-1, which we evaluated against the Immulite 2500 - happy to share the data with anyone who's interested in that assay.

Subject: IGF-1 Alternative assays
We are currently running IGF-1 om Siemens (formerly DPC) Immulite, and have now been informed that Siemens no longer will supply this application.
Our current volume is about 6.500 samples per year.
Information about / experience with alternative applications for IGF-1, preferably on high throughput instrumentation would be greatly appreciated.
