This stands for Liverpool, too. But, when I look at the equivalent to
Mark's
directory here, I see the same picture, i.e. the links put in by atlas
are there,
but the files they relate to are now gone:
:------------
[root@r21-n01 lib]# ls /opt/exp_soft_sl5/atlas/local/lib/ -lrt
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 sgmatl03 atlassgm 52 Jul 17 23:38
libglobus_gssapi_gsi_gcc32dbgpthr.so ->
/opt/globus/lib/libglobus_gssapi_gsi_gcc32dbgpthr.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 sgmatl03 atlassgm 52 Oct 28 02:41 libglobus_gssapi_gsi.so
-> /opt/globus/lib/libglobus_gssapi_gsi_gcc32dbgpthr.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 sgmatl46 atlassgm 22 Nov 29 06:23 libshift.so ->
/opt/lcg/lib/libdpm.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 sgmatl46 atlassgm 22 Nov 29 06:23 libshift.so.2.1 ->
/opt/lcg/lib/libdpm.so
And
[root@r21-n01 lib]# ls -lrt
/opt/globus/lib/libglobus_gssapi_gsi_gcc32dbgpthr.so
ls: /opt/globus/lib/libglobus_gssapi_gsi_gcc32dbgpthr.so: No such file
or directory
[root@r21-n01 lib]#
:------------
So there are inconsistencies within the atlas software area. It doesn't
seem to be a problem, though, AFAIK.
