Thurrock use Betterworld and very easy to use. Hadn't had any problems as far as I know. Have a good online portal to scan books through so know instantly if they are required or not. There is a collection service for max 25 boxes (they send you the boxes). In terms of money/sales I don't know what we ha have "earn" since using Betterworld.

Subject: Sale of Withdrawn Stock
Hi everyone,
Do you have experiences - good or bad - of selling withdrawn library stock through either Anybook.biz or BetterWorldBooks you would be willing to share? We are looking at possible alternatives to the company we presently use. Anything too controversial for posting to the list can be emailed to me in strictest confidence!
Regards,
