Torque was not maintained by EMI.
Security holes are solved by the developers or maintainers of Torque

I think CREAM PT will do its best to continue to support Torque as batch
system, as LSF, and (S)GE, and will fix issues if they will appear in
CREAM, not in Torque.
EMI was/is not maintaining batch systems, but the services developed
by/in EMI, Batch Systems were not part of these services
