regarding dependencies - from what I remember :-) the dependency on
openldap2.4 of the siteBDII was added because sites reported
crashing/freezing/hanging issues in their site BDIIs, see
https://ggus.eu/tech/ticket_show.php?ticket=73406
Since the new siteBDII (with openldap2.4 dependency) was released, on
February 2012, there were no complains, that I know, regarding this
version of openldap and CREAM /siteBDII coexistence.
