Hi Cath
We have also trained our Business Development Centre to make their own claims and it is proving to be a success.
Regards
Susan

Hi Cath,
We, in Exams, have been processing the framework claims and it has proved to be quite a pain and very time consuming. It is currently 1 member of my teams full time job, which has caused backlogs with our other work.
The Training Co-ordinators in the Business Development Centre are now being told that they will need to process the claims themselves, which they are actually pleased with as they want to do it. Try to stay clear of you can!!
Many Thanks
Rachel

Subject: Apprentice framework certificates
Hi
Do any of you claim or the apprenticeship framework certificates in the exams department, I have never been involved in this process as it has always been done by our business development department. They are now trying to make this part of our role which I am none too keen in.....
Feedback from other Exams Officers would be greatly appreciated as to who does this in their college.
