You have the last chance to book on Vitae Connections, next week in London.
This one-day event is a great opportunity to hear from a range of speakers involved in learning and development activities from inside and outside academia. These include speakers from industry, commerce and other sectors to challenge you to think and do differently.
Speaker hightlight:
Vivienne Parry is a writer and broadcaster. A scientist by training, she presents many programmes for Radio 4, including the multi award winning series 'Am I Normal?', but is also a regular contributor to many newspapers and magazines including The Times and The Guardian. She is Vice Chairman of Council of UCL and a council member of the MRC. She has been involved with the Crucible programme in its many incarnations since its inception in 2004 and regularly helps scientists to improve their communication skills.
