Dear AoC
Examination Officers throughout the country are deeply concerned about the JCQ application process for access arrangements in relation to the duty that we now face to collect evidence of need.
We request the AoC to invite a representative of the JCQ to address the Examination Officers' Conference in February on this issue and publish further guidance information on what is required to "paint a picture of need."
