I use another tool called sugarsync which gives you an excellent 5 gb storage which is a lot more than dropbox's 250 mb. I have a link here (I get free storage too when you sign up): http://ow.ly/emF3q

My concern, though, would be that I'm not convinced either is that much easier to use than Google Docs - what did your users find was 'too hard' about it?
