Hi Daniela,
thank you very much for your email. It was great to read your article, particluarly as the Burns et al paper on Transformation Design inspired the working title of my research project: "Transformation Design: A methodology for sustainable energy systems in rural Gambia". So far I have looked at reflexvity from a social science perspective but I agree that it is a very useful concept particularly when dealing with vulnerable groups of people regardless of where they are in the world.
If you ever visit Leeds, let me know.
Thanks again,
Anne

Hi Anne
I mention about this concept in this article (not applied though, but more as part of final conclusions) http://www.ijdesign.org/ojs/index.php/IJDesign/article/view/940
It is indeed potentially a very useful concept for design practice in many ways
Would be nice to hear back from you on your research progress
best regards
Daniela

My research deals with design methodologies applied in an international development. Recently I have been exploring the concept of reflexivity and I was wondering if anyone here has come across papers that talk about this in the context of design or even better design in development.
