Dear David and all
This is another patent case illustrating the need for training in Design
along three distinct tracks:
- training in drafting
- training in specifications setting
- training in artefacts concepts research and clarification; or, as you put
it in different words, training in "analysis, testing and stakeholder
management".
I guess the designed environment would be far better if we had, within
national and international policy and regulation bodies, colleagues
graduated in the last tier. 'Design meeting regulation'.
