Er, that last link is to an interior view of a completely different church. Apologies for any puzzlement this may have caused.
Today (5. August) is also the feast day of:
Nonna of Nazianzus (d. 374). Not to be confused with St. Non or Nonn, traditionally the mother of St. David of St David's and at least in Latin also a Nonna, this Nonna was wife of another saint (Gregory the Elder) and the mother of three more (Gorgonia; Gregory of Nazianzus; Caesarius of Nazianzus). She is known from the writings of St. Gregory of Nazianzus, especially _Orationes_, 18, the funeral oration for St. Gregory the Elder. Nonna, who came from a Christian family, married an upright but non-Christian monotheist and was actively instrumental in securing his conversion over time to Christianity. According to Gregory, she gave charitably to others, abjured cosmetics and other forms of adornment, lived simply and prayerfully, refused to engage socially with non-believers, and was the spiritual leader of their household as he was growing up. She was still alive when Gregory pronounced her husband's funeral oration but followed him to the grave only a few months later.
Nonna (upper register, far left and, less clearly, far right) as depicted in a later ninth-century copy (betw. 879 and 882) of the _Orationes_ of St. Gregory of Nazianzus (Paris, BnF, ms. Grec 510, fol. 452r):
