Subject : [ZOOARCH] Coprolites & Calcified Helminth Eggs.
Hi @ all Zooarchers!
I'm a Student in Molecular Biology and, at the present moment I'm preparing the Exam of Molecular Parasitology, so I came across the work "History Of Human Parasitology" by F. E. G. Cox
http://cmr.asm.org/content/15/4/595.full.pdf+html
where there are many citations relative to calcified Parasitic eggs and coprolites.
I wonder: is it frequent to find such "fossilized" remains?
Thanks in advance.
All the best,
Nerissa-Cesarina Urbani.
