Thank you Terence and Mark for your advice.
I have explored biomimicry.net and their associated database AskNature
(along with related journals) and have found few papers relating to
strategic design and only one relating to design thinking. I shall dive
into systems science + cybernetics as i wait for some more replies.
I hope more information surfaces on this list!
