Hi,

-overlap function needs to have SNPs in strictly increasing order position.

However, with the enw panel, we can well have these kind of SNPs (see 
example).

While on the manual it is said that SNPTEST issues a warning, the 
programm actually quits and not only warns.

Do we really need to go over the gen files and remove the SNPs that 
appear twice.
