This is apparently a C12 ms. of Boethius' _De institutione musica_, cataloged simply as _De musica_. See the descriptions here (use your browser to FIND 7204), none of which could fairly be described as detailed:

_Perhaps_ there's a somewhat more detailed description in Friedlein's 1867 Teubner edition (in the same volume as his ed. of the _De institutione arithmetica_).
