We are attempting to move into the late 20th Century and have a working system for Emailing students. It has been decided that this will be done with an external Email host (such as Googlemail) rather than being hosted by the College. However, I am being advised that we do not need to have an Email policy either for outgoing Emails to these accounts of for the students use of them.
Do any of your Colleges have externally hosted Email accounts for your students, and if so, do you have any policies ralting to them? If at all possible I would appreciate a copy of these policies to assist in drawing one up.
