Tom Robinson eh... - we do know that he knows his numbers... 2, 4, 6,
8... ahem.
Looks like a great idea Hayley.

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Science songwriting competition for kids
Hi all,
Apologies for cross-posting.
Some of you may be interested in the science songwriting competition
that I am currently running in conjunction with Geek Pop and
songwriter/social physicist Martin Austwick at UCL. If you have contacts
within schools or media specifically targeting young people, I'd be
grateful if you could give this a push.
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or under and judged by BBC
6Music DJ Tom Robinson, musical comedian Isy Suttie (Dobby from Peep
Show), physicist/teacher Tom Whyntie and others. The winner gets tickets
to Green Man Festival and a recording session at the amazing House of
Strange studios. There are also runner-up prizes and beautiful
hand-crafted medals designed especially for the competition.
The deadline is 13th July and full details are here:
http://geekpop.co.uk/2012/06/06/science-songwriter-of-the-future-2012/
Please do pass on to any budding science songwriters you think might be
interested!
Thanks,
Hayley.
