Perhaps a slightly sarecastic repose - but it does depend on how a 'duplicate' is defined!

Any valuable responses on offer from 'lis-maps subscribers' over here?
Or is there only one 'formula'/'policy document' that fits all
institutions (surely not)? Would any extant advice appear on the BCS Map
Curators' Group 'Toolbox' as skeleton 'guide-lines for beginners'?

surplus or 'duplicate' cartographic and associated materials)

Hello,
I am currently in the middle of creating a policy document looking at
the process for handling, identifying, and dispersing surplus maps. I
was wondering if anyone else has recently been tasked with this as well
and would be willing to share their documentation and/or policy they
created. I am trying to make sure that our policies are inline with
other institutions and this would be an amazing help to myself.
Thank you, Virginia
