Dear experts,
I'm fairly new to FSL and TBSS in general, I usually use SPM, but I wanted to use TBSS to analyze my DTI data.
The TBSS analysis is finished and the results look great, but now I want to do probabilistic tractography for each subject using the cluster found in the TBSS.
However I get an error from step "tbss_deproject grot 1", and it doesn't make the file grot_to_all_FA.
I'm using FSL version 4.1.9 for Mac OS X Snow Leopard. I actually did the same procedure in a Linux Ubuntu Machine 12.04 LTS with the same errors.
Here are the errors:
$ fslmaths tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat1 -thr 0.95 grot
done
$ tbss _deproject grot 1
de-projecting <skeleton-space-image> into all_FA (nonlinearly aligned) subject space
output from stage 1 deprojection will be grot_to_all_FA
cat: thresh.txt: No such file or directory
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'grot_tmp'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(grot_tmp): bad header info
ERROR: failed to open file grot_tmp
ERROR: Could not open image grot_tmp
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume grot_tmp
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'

de-projection done
As I said, I get the same error in both computers so I don't think it's a path error. Is it? I tried to find the "thresh.txt" and "grot_temp" files with no luck. I looked for the error here in the forum but I didn't find anything similar.
I'm out of ideas here.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you
Best regards
