When I tried it, this one gave me:
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=RADSTATS
which is the front page of the RadStats mailing list.

However, that one did work as advertised!

As a general comment: I don't know that
http://www.tinyurl.com/radstatsnewsletter
is any easier (to type or to remember) than
http://www.radstats.org.uk/newsletters
However,
http://www.tinyurl.com/radstats2013
does look like an improvement on
http://aa42.posterous.com/radstats-2013-inequalities-statistics-and-yor
An interesting idea (and I wasn't previously aware that one can
set up one's own choice of tinyurl instead of the random jumble
that tinyurl.com normally gives you).
However, I think the development of this idea needs to be done
judiciously!
Best wishes,
Ted.
