Seek and ye shall Find (well, sorta).
all (?) of the vols. can be found here:
http://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/001929954
however, only vol. 1, part 2 (duh) is available in "full view" --all the rest
are in a worthless "limited/search" format which conveniently tells you how
many hits for your search term show up in each vol., but doesn't bother to say
eggasctly *where* they might be in the vol., much less give you a snippet of
the context in which they appear.
there are 6 vols. (but not vol. 1, part 2) listed on archive.org, via the U.
of Toronto:
http://archive.org/search.php?query=title%3A%28dictionnaire%29%20AND%20creator%3A%28cabrol%29
does that mean that the whole set has been scanned by Toronto and might be
available from their site directly?
who nose?
such a Boon to scholardship, is The Innernets --soon there will be no use for
all those nasty old Hard Copies at all, and we can tear down libraries and
build useful stuff like parking lots, or frack for natural gas.
i can hardly wait.
