medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
apologies for cross-posting
After seeing several titles in the Kalamazoo program having to do with
musicians, I have posted a group of life-size stone figures from a house
in Reims, including players of fife and tambourine, chevrette (bagpipe),
harp, and rebec (with preserved iron bow). They have their own page in
my archive:
http://www.KornbluthPhoto.com/ReimsMusicians.html
If anyone needs before the conference specific images that you cannot
find, of objects in the US or Europe that I might have photographed,
send me a note and I will see what I have waiting to be posted.
best regards,
Genevra
