medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Herewith a link to an earlier 'Saints of the day' for 9. April (including St. Demetrius of Sirmium; St. Liborius; St. Acacius of Amida; St. Waldetrude; St. Gaucher of Aureil; Bl. Antonio Pavoni):

Further to Demetrius of Sirmium:
Just to be absolutely clear (though most, at least, on this list will probably have supposed as much), the Sirmium in question is presumably the one that underlies part of today's Sremska Mitrovica in Serbia and that in the fourth century was the administrative capital of the Roman imperial diocese of Pannonia.
For those who accept this saint's identity with Demetrius of Thessaloniki and who don't wish to wait until 26. October, a notice of that Demetrius is here (but some of its links to visuals may no longer function):

Further to Liborius:
In that earlier post's notice of this saint, the link to the view of the twelfth-century west tower and the thirteenth-century Paradise of Paderborn's cathedral of Sts. Mary, Kilian, and Liborius no longer functions. Use this instead:

In the same notice, the two links to matter about the ascription of Paderborn's portable altar of Sts. Kilian and Liborius specifically to Roger of Herlmarshausen no longer function. See instead this German-language review of Christoph Stiegemann und Hiltrud Westermann-Angerhausen (Hrisgg.), _Schatzkunst am Aufgang der Romanik: Der Paderborner Dom-Tragaltar und sein Umkreis_ (München, Hirmer, 2006):

Further to Waldetrude:
In that earlier post's notice of this saint, add this view of Waldetrude and her daughters as depicted in the fifteenth-century Hours of Jean de Lannoy (Liège, Bibliothèque universitaire, ms. Wittert 14, fol. 164r):

In the same notice, the third of the thee links to sets of multiple views of the collégiale Sainte-Waudru in Mons no longer functions. Herewith a new set of single views of the same edifice (exterior and interior):
