Thanks! I'll see if I understand the C++ code. I am working on it with the paper but it lacks matrix dimensions so I get lost easily...mainly when working on the gradient collinear directions matrix and m measurements A(G).
The paper I am reading is: http://stbb.nichd.nih.gov/pdf/Basser_estimation.pdf In the materials and methods section...lets say we have 36 noncolinear gradient directions and looking at just one specific voxel.
So...
m --> would be a 36x1 (the intesntities at that specific voxels in the 6 directions)
n --> would it be 36x3 ?? (the problem is how it gains information about the xyz directions??
if this is the case, then what is nmx1 ???
If somebody could help me understand this, it will be awesome.
Thanks in advance,
Rodrigo
