Hi Sandra,
We had a similar problem with one of our employees. When he was assessed it became obvious that he was punching the keys quite hard, and only using 3 fingers in total.
He was given a more sensitive key board with gel wrist rest, some instruction, and advised on anti inflam treatment. He is pain free now.
Regards
Cheryl

Hi List
I have a DSE user currently experiencing pain in one of his typing fingers. I am due to assess him soon. I just thought to ask for some ideas before I see him. Please help!
