Hi Lynda . The Food agency Standards 2009 state that annual
certificates are no longer required. This would solve the paper problem!

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Paperfree world
Dear All
I am very oposed to paper whenever possible going for scanned in docs.
One of the tasks we undertake for some of our clients is food handlers
medicals-an annual event to meet EC standards
It means a paper certificate per candidate -sems such a waste of paper .
Has anyone a different system?
Could this be done virtually and if so is it still a cert per head or a
header plus a signature and a list of names or wouold this breach data
protection
Any input welcome as always
Best wishes for a lovely weekend - its raining buckets here in Aberdeen
