Well, it's being an archdiocese limits things somewhat. My guess would be the _dioecesis Arborensis_ (from the name of the Sardinian judicate of Arborea, whose capital from 1070 onward was Oristano). This was and is a metropolitan see. In accordance with a typical Sardinian pronunciation, the first 'r' of _Arborensis_ is sometimes expressed graphically as 'l' (compare Sardinian _alvure_, 'tree', for other-Romance _arbore_, arbre_, etc.).
Since few now -- or so it would seem -- are familiar with the names of the medieval Sardinian judicates, I would be inclined to modernize in translation and to render the title as 'archbishop of Oristano'.
