Sounds as if you're doing well on something we should all be doing.
Assuming that's a comment from a GP and that the putative patient has GI symptoms and is in England I suggest that the response recommends referral to a gastroenterologist under the two-week possible cancer pathway.
But that recommendation doesn't have to come from Laboratory Medicine: it could be from a working group led by GPs...
