Dear Bruce & Catherine
Absolutely agree - McMaster Plus (and its BMJUpdates version) are a
wonderful resource that should be more widely known and used.
We have it top of our list! But we wanted to know what other services
existed and were used - and their scanning methods.
McMaster Plus is very explicit about their 2-stage process of filter for
validity first then getting votes on relevance.
Does any other service do that?
Thanks for all the input so far
Cheers

Every week or so i get about 20 abstracts which are chosen for relevance and quality. It is practice confirming every week and practice changing every 2 months or so. There is no other source that is so efficient for me as a general practice physician
