It seems to me (and I am by no stretch an expert, so I may be wrong) that
recoverability and repeatability are rather like points on a continuum.
I've heard it described as 'the best' that can be expected given the
nature of action research.
I think that if one steps back, one might see that recoverability and
repeatability are really both instantiations of the same principles, just
applied to different types of research situations.
