Good afternoon Gary
We don't have a policy as such, but our International Student Administrator normally gives me a copy of the front of the students passport shoeing when they arrived in the country, which I keep on file with the online application.

Subject: Access Arrangements
Good afternoon
Would anybody mind sharing their policies on access arrangements.
We are particularly interested in the use of Bi-Lingual dictionaries with 25% extra time. Do you simply request the information which is needed for online submission with copies of passport/visa stamps and signed declarations by student and tutor?
Do you have a person/team who assess the student need and makes the recommendation to exams team for submission online?
Regards
Garry Wilkinson
