Hi all,
The literature on evidence based medicine (and related literature) commonly cites a hierarchy of evidence for 'Therapy etc' (ie the typical one listing SRs of RCTs at the top).
I am interested in finding out when and how 'multiple' hierarchies of evidence entered the literature (ie hierarchies for different types of questions or clinical issues such those from the OCEBM website). I am happy to compile responses to send to the list.
Many thanks
Sally
