There is extreme confusion in the numbering of the Bennies - Bennie X
is now regarded as an antipope (actually, he was at the time - at
least, after he lost to the "legitimate" claimant) but he was still
included in the numbering sequence, and it's now too late to do
anything about it.
The confusion is not as bad as with the Johns (there is a fictional
John XVa and no John XX), with three antipopes (one of who might have
been a Joan...), and four (or five) of the Johns numbered twice...
