We are looking to contact Northumberland library members who haven't used the service for borrowing in the last 12 months?
Our initial thought was to write a personal letter to a sample selection of customers at 2 of our libraries, with a view to highlighting new services and inviting them to a ' National Libraries Day' event.
Has anyone done a recent survey? What criteria did you use to select the sample or did you contact everyone? What format did it take- email, letter, telephone call etc? What was the response?
At the end of the day was it a worthwhile exercise in engaging with formally active borrowers.
