Hello everyone
Here in Medway we use a standard evaluation form for our events such as
talks and author visits (attached) and do a quarterly analysis which
goes to our library management team.
We've also been doing some work on "proving" the contribution of
libraries which has included surveys of Baby Bounce and Rhyme (survey in
the summer covered 125 participants), Chatterbooks, 6 book Challenge,
reader's groups and Summer Reading Challenge parents and carers. You can
find summaries on our website
http://www.medway.gov.uk/leisureandculture/libraries/medwaylibrariesperf
ormance.aspx
In addition to this, our Outreach team ask for feedback when they do a
visit to a group, organisation or school or when a group comes into the
library (Form also attached). Results are entered on a spreadsheet.
Happy to talk to anyone about this.
Regards
Lyn

Subject: Feedback from events
Hello everyone,
We are in the process of revising the methods we use to gain customer
feedback from events, for adults and children. If you have a feedback
form you could share that would be very welcome, also any other methods
used e.g. post-it notes, happy face/sad face posters etc.
Responses will be summarised for the list.
Many thanks,
Abigail Luthmann
