Simple answer: I don't know!
However, I know that there is definitely a gap in the market that at present only Talis (and perhaps a couple of others) are filling. I know there are currently projects happening at various Uni's to develop reading list solutions in-house, but I'm unsure if these are solely for their own use or will become available via open source or SaaS.
Perhaps the list can enlighten us both :)
