Seems extremely unlikely that the current SOPA and PIPA legislation will
happen as currently designed, given the immense backlash against them.
I'm also not sure that UGC is ever going to the focus of this activity,
particularly in our area of work.
Still, it'll be interesting to see where it all goes...
