Follow-up:
Thanks to a private message from Pauil Marchent, I embarked
on the process. You do not need to fill in anything for the
"Message for Pledge Wall". Just name, email address, postcode
and country. Then, when you click "Submit" you go to a page
on which is the same letter as on the top page, which you can
then edit as you please to be sent to your MP (whi has by then
been tracked down).
