Hello,
The original sources for fsl 4.1.6 have been placed in:
http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/oldversions/
once downloaded, you will need to run a build on the sources following the instructions at:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/compiling.html
If you have an older version of FSL already installed, you can either delete it or rename the existing fsl folder in case you need to keep an older version for a longitudinal study etc.
